Jose Mourhino has never played professional football in his life yet has won 2 champion league titles in 2 different countries, several league titles with 3 different clubs in 3 countries.
Arab sheikhs who own manchester city have never played professional footbal before but run one of the successful clubs in the UK not to talk the Glaziers (Americans) who own Man United.
You don't have to be a president before you can understand how to run a business. Managing Ghana is more than managing a business. If you appoint incompetent, inexperienced people as ministers who have not got the skills to manage the country's business then you deserve all the criticisms from the people who put you there. It is about competence; not about being president before.
