  We killed NVTI, Technical schools and Polytechnics in the name of a system consistent with some revolutionary ideas. We produce a bunch of illiterate JSS and SSS graduate who are not specialized in anything and therefore are not even employable. This is what Jerry Rawlings and his PNDC bestowed on Ghana.
