If the absence of women hinders the quality of administration in your area, what steps are you taking to change that? In the North, women are seen as "second class human" and most of them do not go to school so, how can they get into such positions?
I don't think the same scenario is everywhere in Ghana. It is up to our brothers in the north to encourage their children who are girls to go to school just for them to get into leadership roles. If not, then they have to be pushed into such position by force just to please some minds.

We can not put anyone who does not fit the position just because there is no female member.
I the females don't fit please don't put her at the position 'cos therre is no one there
