  Indigenous companies should not shelter behind the vacuous promises of local politicians, thereby stifling R&D, and restricting the driver of consumer choice to a technology that will soon be obsolete. Do you guys really believe that our politicians have the public interest at heart?!
  
  Instead the members of this Chamber should be researching into the provision of 5G networks, which will provide unheard-of data transfer speeds at a low investment costs. That's the way to go.

  Surfline are just like VRA or ECG, they collect money but don't provide service. The 125 cedi for 10Gb of data compares to 9.6Gb for 40 cedi on Glo, Surfline are using the latest technology so should be cheaper...

  Surfline goes offline for days at a time, you get an extension of your time to compensate, but how does that compensate having to go buy another SIM and modem to send email while they fix their systems.
  Please sell the spectrum to a real company and not the anyhow Ghanaian companies.

  There are many a days that I hit bad phone network, non-functional internet and it so frustrating that one starts to doubt if there is any agency in Ghana overseeing proper functioning of telecommunication networks. I believe that the Chamber should regulate its members to ensure that their telecommunication networks are working all the time and everywhere in Ghana. Telecom companies should shape up or be shipped out by imposing heavy fines on them for bad service. We are sick and tied of the Dumsor executes, companies should adopt solar power technology to run their systems and forget about the unreliable power suppliers.
