  they are causing the problems on Vodaphone and Mtn! when i call from USA it will say out of coverage but i can call on person other line and they answer? Or due to telco bring my international call in on local line...message ...

  Is this ridiculous or what? Two arms of the government fighting over the activity of this company ! Shouldn't a couple of ministers sit down and just work it out IF their respective bureaucrats can't do it?
