    Kudos to the German government. But the advice is that they should have a foot on the ground to ensure the proper use of the money and also even for the implementation of the program.

    THE TRAINING CAN ONLY BE PROFITABLE TO THE TRAINEES AND THE STATE OF GHANA WHEN THOSE TO BE ENGAGED FOR THE JOB TRAINING DO FIRST POSSESS THE BASIC AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CERITICATE.
