The poor will want the wealth of the wealthy and democracy will give it to them.The youth will want be respected like the old achievers with experience, women will want to be like men,foreigners will want the rights of the natives and democracy will make this possible. Thieves and con men will want positions of importance and democracy will also give that to them .When thieves and con artists finally democratically gain power as criminals and evil men have a urge always to gain power we will have a tyranny worse than any monarchy or oligarchy unquote. This all evident in the pndc /ndc govt today including the perverse leanings towards inter-gender role exchanges and promotion of homosexuality.Thus Winston Churchill said that democracy is the "worst form of government," just better than all the others. the problem Plato has with democracy in the Republic is not the absence of the rule of law but just the fact that the wrong people are in power-people without the proper virtues or integrity.Development pepeni omanhene says is unequaled on his watch, and i ask what is the meaning? Is it the total uselessness , or insignificance , level of plaigatory theft of projects, corruption kick backs or the benefits his kleptomaniac brothers and cronies have acquired , the level of prejudice of against anything that can benefit Akan areas or people . Pepeni has borrowed and created more debt than all the previous presidents before him combined including Nkrumah yet we dont see any results such as the attempts of raising any basic or primary industry to add some value to our natural resources before export that creates jobs for millions as Nkrumah and all presidents except for pepeni and JJ tried to. What is unequaled is the billions that have been siphoned out of the country mainly to Islamic destinations like Iran , Dubai and Turkey. He boasts about the nonexistent 200 schools yet forgets over a century ago Akans mainly Fantes built schools that today would each cost no less than 20 million each. He offers markets and toilets as if the local community could not do so themselves if the taxes and various levies collected in those areas remained there. But no pepeni/ayigbe must chop bribe together with their Gas Adas and other satellite allies against the Akans. A govt whose members are selected not based on competence but their level of hate or prejudice against the Akan majority or the family blood ties to pepeni mahama can never serve anybody except their selfish selves and will always fail. The success or failure of any business , govt or social enterprise is determined by the personnel or cadre who execute the defined goals. In our case we need a govt selected based on merit and experience to get us out of this vicious circle of poverty and bad luck , so i would expect to see at least 3 investment bankers , 4 engineers , 2 macro economists and one doctor of project management and that govt with people of integrity will surely have results in less than a year. Competent Ghanaian all decline to associate themselves with NDC and their corruption driven govt.Pepeni went to mislead the chiefs to use festivals to promote market and project development but omitted to tell them no project has made it through the finance ministry without paying an arm and a leg in bribes , talk less of the cabinet or parliamentary committees. Mafias dont need economists or bankers but rather opt for book keepers or accountants like we see in our minister of finance being shadowed spied and watched by pepeni's cousin chief director Alajih Major Tara. Look at former minister of state for development now minister of science technology with his dentist of army qualification Alajih Dr Mustafa Ahmed and tell me he is capable of contributing something good except positioning himself to collect bribes. None of this will ever end up in Ghanian media or newspapers as NDC ( mainly Ga /Ada) activists now holding national security id s go around intimidating the journalists ,editors and owners of these establishments. We know the motive for these useless utterances by pepeni as his strategy ids to hoodwink the people into believing so much has been done for development , with roads , schools etc but notice there is no railway , no health services with modern ambulances including helicopters , fire services lack fighting water tank planes or helicopters talk less of specialized fire fighting equipment as not all will pay bribes , no initiation of any strategically important industry . Just get ready for the whirlwind of propaganda and lies saying the empty projects with no direction is what we couldn't do ourselves so they did. No self respecting intellectual worth his wait will throw pearls of wisdom before this pepeni/ayigbe swine . These idiotic ndc will always blame the Akans privately or npp publicly for making them fail or the country ungovernable but in reality they just don't know how , jj failed and so will they in their tribalistic hegemony. Yes rig the elections a thousand times and each time you will fail abysmally .Let them continue to adorn themselves with vainglorious titles of esteem or positions of influence and power but as the coat doesn't make the man so all this will eventually end up in their own failure and misery BULLSHIT GALORE

University graduates in Ghana are very useless. The way and manner intellectuals and academicians in Ghana were falling head-over-heels in condemning the judges and praising Anas really surprised me. I am just a mere polytechnic graduates yet I was able to read in-between the lines to know that the Government of Ghana was solidly behind the Anas expose – this is something I shared on this platform some time ago but nobody realized its importance. The lightning speed with which the Attorney General’s Office granted immunity to Anas, the heavily armed military and police guards protecting Anas and the impunity and boldness with which managers of the Accra International Conference Center, AICC (a state institution) disregarded a court injunction placed on the premiering and screening of the Anas expose in their facility all point to the fact that there is an active state participation in this episode in order to shield the incompetence of the Mahama and NDC administration from public view.
The little knowledge I have about Stalinism, Machiavellian principles, the workings of the KGB and the NKVD of the former USSR and the communist intelligence systems of China and Cuba tells me that Mahama is dissipating the resources of our great country on espionage and that is why we are suffering as a country. Now that the state sponsorship of the Anas expose has emerged, have we taken time to know the foreign actors involved in this expose and how much they have bagged?

Charlkes that is becuase when it comes to development issues most Ghanaians including our so-called political elite do not want to know or do not have any idea - most of our leaders are clueless and most ghanians unless it is party , parry things then these ghanaians come up with thier childish insults - but when it coes to developmental issues they have nothing to say - so this shows that 90% of these people who follow NDC and NPP are slaves and suckers of the party top brass and do not overstand what development is needed in Ghana - so the top ten developmental issues that Ghana needs is 1. Proper Road Transport network system including first class road and rail network and get rid of this tro tro rubbish

2. Proper Electricity and water supply chain and network so that every house in Ghana can get access to reliable water supply and constant electricity

3 Provide state of the art first class health facilities i.e health centres and clinics as part of a free medical comprehensive care for ALL regardless of social class or income

4. Revamp the education system in Ghana that leaves a lot to be desired.

5. This is a must !!! The public sector in Ghana is too big and needs reform big time!! there is too much corruption in the Public Sector in Ghana , the Auditor General released a report that said that in 2014 Ghana lost US$300 million in corruption - just think what this money could do to our development if the public sector was trimmed down to avoid such greedy corruption.

6. Massive Housing development - It is obvious to anyone living in Ghana that our major cities are choked and that we need thousands of new housing developments that should be built - this should be a predominantly government then private sector involvement so as to make the houses affordable and within the recent of low to middle income Ghanaians.

7. Build new or renovate old factories such as the sugar factory, jute factory, glass factory, tile factory, Bonsa tyre factory, GIHOC pharmaceuticals etc as part of long term development employment action programme that has as its goal the objective to reduce the massive unemployment / youth unemployment that besets the country and this plan must come with a detailed strategy including monitoring and evaluation of the project and exit.

8.We need an effective agriculture policy thhat allows Ghana to be food sufficient - it is crazy that we import food from Europe, rice from America, India, Thailand etc, tomatoes from Burkina, Italy and so forth. We must produce what we consume and consume what we produce.

9. We should build a gold processing factory so that we are able to develop a vialbe gold processing business so that the likes of the indians, Whites, Chinese do not control our gold and sell the gold to us at high prices as we will be processing the gold in Ghana and producing value added goods again creating more jobs - having a gold factory will also help stabilize the cedi.

10. Developmental issue - Support Kantanka motors and develop a viable motor automobile industry in Ghana that could see Ghana being a MAJOR exporter of cars in the sub-region.

ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE VIABLE DEVELOPMENTAL AGENDAS WHAT IS YOURS GHANAIANS!!!!!

Awuah is simply talking about using applying pragmatic(Practical) approaches or solutions to our numerous problems and he is advicing the government to look and take cue from countries like Singapore who took the same approach when their country was infested by corruption and mafias until they were lucky to get a leader who cared about the country and was ready to rebuild the nation from grounds up. It takes only one special individual to pave the way for the rest to follow.

Take Southern Sudan for instance..they have been fighting the Sudan government in Khartoum for several years which resulted into lost of lives and property. At long last the UN and others step in and grant them independence and they become Southern Sudan. Instead of them building that country what have we seen and continue to hear and see..carnage, destruction etc etc. So I always ask myself what is wrong with us.
