To include in black stars? He does not need to be coach of the team to scout for talent. Based on stats, how many locals have been part of main BS in past 5 years? The reality is the players outside are playing in a stronger more competitive league and therefore much better than locals. I think CHAN is a misplaced priority and waste of money for GH whose pool is not in local league. Money being used there should rather be used. For building infrastructure.

The reason why players are rushing to play their trade outside Ghana is due to the fact that this GFA which I have nicknamed Ghana Fraud Association under Kwesi Nyantakyi had for the past 10 years made it their main and focal point of bring in players playing outside Ghana. You have a better chance playing for the Black Star if you are warming bench in South Africa or 3rd tier team in Europe. This has to change. What does Grant do when "The" Black Star has no match in hand? Grant needs to start earning his living by put him to work.

Local players want to leave is to get into BS team...may be a factor but the main issue is MONEY. They are offered a little bit of money and off they go to warm benches.

It appears those who have a problem with a non Ghanaian coaching our national team have now realised we do so at our peril to stick dogmatically to appoint a coach based solely on patriotic principles.

Now even fa legal man has to open his jaws about something that doesnt concern him. I hear talk about center of excellence for players but it seem to me we need one to train managers. Local players play in mediocre league with rubbish managers hence the poor output. Truth is truth. By all means make grant the local bs manager but dont diss him, undermine him or even start on him for no reason. Respect is a two way thing.Down presser man corrupt fa lawyer respect yourself
