There must be a clear law of understanding about everything in the country- that is the only way you can guide the already corrupt and rotting police.
there must be public education to inform the public to challenge anything they dont understand.

The last sentence in your comment gives you away as a nitwit. How can any sensible ask people to challenge anything they don't understand? I would have thought that you will urge people to challenge what is being done wrongly or being done contrary to law. If you don't understand something, the right thing to do is to get some education on it and thereafter you can be in the right position to determine whether to challenge it or comply with what is being done. So why did you state as follows: "there must be public education to inform the public to challenge anything they don't understand" ? Are you an anarchist?

1. how can a learned judge if not in corrupt society jailed somebody wrongly?
The work of police ends in court, the rest supposed to be in the hands of the judge to deliver justice.
so in the first place of this confession what supportive evidence do the judge took into consideration before sentencing the accused person wrongly?
2.onething you must take into your empty skull mr judge is that -police as institution worldwide , the nature of their training can do manipulations to support their interest, it is only an intelligent judge who can override to their schemes of manipulations and shape them up , how is this going to happen , when the public started asking questions and challenging the authorities , are the only way of achieving good results.
from his own confession if the jailed person did not challenge the verdict could they have corrected their mistakes? Ashawo judge
