    Coming from that area, I know very well that the Volta River overflows its banks around this period of the year and that could mean rising levels of water in the dam. Ghanaians have prayed and God is listening.

    And what happens when this period of the year passes and the leaner one comes? Back to dumsor I suppose.

    We will not go back to terrible dumsor as was in 2014. I believe it will be better than January to may,2015.

    Are they presenting to the Power Minister a list of Wishes which they want Santa Claus to deliver them for Christmas or is it based on real facts , budgeted for and in execution!

    Kpone is in the Greater Accra region near Tema. Kpone has a Thermal plant.

    Kpong is in the Eastern region near Somanya and Akuse. Kpong has a Hydro dam.
