  This article contains inaccurate information. It says that Mr. Annan delivered a speech at the African Development Bank high conference held in Hammamat, Tunisia. Mr Annan did not deliver any speech at the AfDB conference of late (which was by the way held in Dakar, not in Tunisia).
  
  The quotes in the article are all taken from a speech Kofi Annan recently delivered in Berlin.
