Ex-capito I find your logic hard to understand. If the team is not doing well, then the time for new faces and a new approach to their style of play is needed. I wonder if he would ever give him a chance once the team finds it's feet. Managers have the habit of sticking to winning sides. And if they start winning, there would be no room for Mourinho to experiment because they have to climb higher on the League table to at least secure a Champions League slot. I believe Baba is facing a tough hurdle at Chelsea whilst the Portuguese continues to be in charge. His best chance at the club will only come if a new boss is at the helm. Alternatively he should pray some manager takes him on loan when the transfer window opens in January. I wish Gary Monk will do so. Baba's style of play will greatly suit Swansea and vice versa. Praying hard that the youngster's confidence is not totally shattered by his experience at Stamford Bridge.

talks too much and brags too much. The
moment he sacked the medical doctor for
no apparent reasons, Chelsea has never
been itself up to date. Chelsea can be forgiven if the female doctor is appeased. The coach should also be sacked. He isn't a gentleman!
