Stop the lies and let the people know war is inevitable as that is the only way to secure true freedom for the Akan nations. If we accept this fact then we also must know our sacrifice of a few million lives will ensure the total annihilation of all enemies of the Akan nation. People now know that the so called coup of Rawlings was nothing but as in all things a Ayigbe tribal war against the Akans camouflaged by the bullshit of a revolution against corruption. I wish and hope this proposal would find favour in the eyes of the EC and adopt it. There coud not be any better way forward than this. I want to make one thing very clear that, double voting is not only for victorious parties but also for losing parties too. Therefore let us all be truthful and accept this fact.

Once the biometic machine captues a voter say in Ashanti region, if he goes to vote in Accra the system after the voting when collating the final results at the EC will reject that voter's votes and he/she would be prosecuted.

It is sad to note that people still think systems like that of the banks are very secure. What the nation need is a citizenship database managed by top security IT personnel without the public having access to it but a copy given to all credible political parties. People with very little ICT knowledge in bio-metric voter systems should research well before trying to make suggestions to the nation. In any case, Mahama will win the 2016 elections one touch so what is Wontumi's problem? The npp is very sad that they trumpeted the BVR system in 2011. casting their minds back, they wished they had not suggested that. Well, no verification, no vote, has come to stay and all those who used to vote 20 to 70 times for the npp in the Ashanti region will no longer be able to do that. Even with all those fraud with the manual system in 2008, they lost. God is not a small Boy koraaaaaaa. Hahahahahahah.

Do we need a centralized system in Ghana that is so bad end users have to go to the office early in the mornings to turn on the software/application then go home to get ready to come back to work before the system would have loaded or made successful connection to the central database? If not then I suggest to Wontumi to look to J.J Rawlings and Kufour administrations to blame for selling Ghana Telecom from underneath government and yet not giving the nation and return on the sale worth a dime or darn. To have a reliable and robust centralized system all satellite locations in Ghana must have instant connectivity to the database to obtain queried results; we do not have such connectivity or adequate bandwidth. So you see Mr. Wontumi, the folly of your preferred Ghanaian leaders haunts us today; it's going to be too expensive to retrofit Ghana with a system required to achieve standard robust telecommunications system befitting of Ghana. It is because of this very effect of the sale of Ghana Telecom to Vodafone without thought and wisdom but with malice of individual self benefits that drives our inability to have instantaneous checks for transaction verifications. It is the reason crooks in Ghana evade security checks. It is the reason the demand for a new voter registry is as delusional and a waste of money as the fate of Ghana@50 financial resources.

Is it not a fact known to even a lunatic that without a central system by the banks that in your Ashanti village if you have account you cannot go to another village to transact business there since they cannot locate your account,how then can you withdraw from both branches to cheat the system,how can you withdraw your money from bank A and then turn around to go to branch B to withdraw the same money when branch B has no information information about you,which part of the world you and your chairman live,can you guys use brains at least once as normal people do,did the banks tell you they centralized their system because people were going from branch to branch to withdraw the same money they have alredy withdrew thus cheating the bank?

The positionnement taken by the EC ,if a new voters register is not created is more dangerous than the existing bloated register. Again ,someone is taken such a serious question for granted as usual. There is no other better way of electing a true president than reversing a controversial register that the EC once admitted at the supreme court, contains flaws and errors. Someone is still dreaming of chosing a president for Ghanaians, and this is call USURPATION. I don't seem to see NPP ashamed here.

There's only one register in ones's constituency and one can only vote in that constituency. U can't compare it to the banking system where a bank may have several branches across the country.Your comparison is very myopic.
