  Why didn't the Minister know that his advancement of the argument to upend and expand the cost of expenditure on our infrastructure development should have been done some years ago? Why do we have to be hearing the same stories over and over again and yet, when funds are secured , they use them for other useless projects that do not impact on our infrastructural development nor satisfy our need for same? What kind of animals are they at all?
