The more experienced assistant coach will probably assume the bulk of the coaching responsibilities, with the head coach playing a secondary role. Given this situation, it is unfortunate that Kenichi will be credited with wins that come from the hard work of the assistant coach. If the coach fails, he can blame the management for not allowing him to bring his own assistant on board.
