All ecowas.nations must pony up some monies to be put into an infrastructure fund. If ghana wants money to develop infrastructure. U go.to ecowas and borrowing the money, with interest. Don't.go to imf,.world bank or asia for.loans. Borrow from within and let the interest be used to benefit the region and the continent. Ebei!!!!
