This guy is not qualified to be an MP. He does not know that the primary role of the MP is to help make laws by making sure the voice of the constituents is heard. Development is the duty of the district assemblies. It is because the some MPs have been trumpeting development agenda instead of the are best to ensure the voices of their constituents are heard that some of them get involved in corruption.
