    The vocational / polythenics must henceforth introduce , arc , mig welding , boring machines , horizontal & vertical milling , lathe machines in all vocational institutions across the country.

    It was the same cliche "reflecting national problems" with which the PNDC introduced the useless JSS/SSS to train more butchers, tailors and hairdressers. And yet they manage to get their children to write GCE O and A levels.
