  The vocational / polythenics must henceforth introduce , arc , mig welding , boring machines , horizontal & vertical milling , lathe machines in all vocational institutions across the country.

  It was the same cliche "reflecting national problems" with which the PNDC introduced the useless JSS/SSS to train more butchers, tailors and hairdressers. And yet they manage to get their children to write GCE O and A levels.

  The EU is considering the same by introducing a so called Blue Card.
  Why doesn't Ghana use a same type of system to allow foreigners from developed countries in to address sectors in which we are behind in development by issuing a BLACK CARD.

  WHY HAVE THEY ALL KEPT THEIR SILENCE ON THE PRIMITIVE NATURE OF OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM THAT, ONLY ALLOWS THEM TO MILK THE NATION WITHOUT PERFORMANCE AND COMPETENCE IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  SHOULD THE UNIVERSITIES IN GHANA PRODUCE GRADUATES AND FOR THEIR COMFORT TO BE MET BY THE NATION.
  NO NATION CAN FOUNDED ON SUCH A PRIMITIVE FOUNDATION.
  
  IS EDUCATION OF THIS STYLE MEANT ONLY TO PREVAIL IN GHANA.
