  Ghana lacks genuine and effective SOCIAL PROTECTION policies. With NDC at the helm of affairs with a laughing unserious boyish dead goat, lying, wicked criminal crook as president we should obviously not expect any real socio-economic development for this country. Things are just bound to get worse when this criminal machiavallian political group called Notoriuos Devious Criminals (NDC) continue to be on our necks for such long time: accumulation of a whooping 36 years since independence! Why?
  I assure our physically challenged that change is coming soon at all costs and things will not remain the same.

  You do not even have knowledge of the issue. These are persons with disabilities, more specifically, hard of hearing individuals. Not physically challenged. This is also an issue of resourcing Special Education Division of GES to implement the inclusive education policy draft. So all children and young persons with disabilities are included and provided with quality education in the regular mainstream system. Special schools are expensive and socially counter productive and violates the fundamental human rights of the individuals in there.
  Whilst cooperate organizations, through their social responsibility's a/c, could come to the rescue of the school, gov't must ensure resources ment for the school are promptly released and the school considered in the government SEIP by relocating the school by building new school blocks and dormitory for the students.
