  Apart from medical reasons and probable show-off the Rastafarian way, I am not sure why the minister and other state officers should wear those 'dark glasses' on state duties or functions.

  Did you say, they wear them to protect their eyes from the sunlight? Well, watch some of them wear dark glasses on funerals grounds or in buildings.
