    They sound as if they have any resources to do any credible investigations. These are old cargo planes that were converted into passenger planes for operations in the so-called Third World. Whoever inspected those fleet befor ...

    Please grant access to independent bodies to help investigate: we can invite our counterparts from Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Liberia, etc. to help.
