You check the sample size. Out of a total number of 400 Judges 45( over 10%) of them were sampled which is a good sample size by scientific standard.
Total Number of Judges Sampled is 45 and how many of them took bribe and the answer is a whooping 34 constituting 75%. Maybe if Anas had tested all the Judges the percentage of those who took bribe would have gone up since the likes of Justice Francis Obiri and Justice Richard Agyei Frimpong were not sampled. Those judges who failed the test and did not take bribe are just a mere 11 representing 25% yet Ogyam the Dead Goat is saying the integrity of the judiciary is intact. You see, Mahama is is not knowledgeable yet he has imposed himself on us that is why Ghanaians are suffering. I am not a university graduate yet I know better.

Fasco, you are absolutely correct. I have been grappling with how Mahama came to be President of our country. It is all because of this stupid party policy that requires all parties to choose VP candidates from the north and upper regions of Ghana. This is the most "stupidest" idea any civilized country has ever come up with. Mahama has no brains let alone leadership qualities to lead a country like Ghana, and the NDC morons and ass-kissers are doing everything possible to keep him there so that they can keep raping the country.

If Mahama himself is not corrupt and really wants to uproot corruption in the country, he will use the judicial corruption as a harbinger to declare a state of emergency, suspend the Constitution and deal with these corrupt judges. What is happening now is that these corrupt judges are using the provisions of the Constitution to protect themselves and the stupid and corrupt Mahama is allowing them. If something as sacred as justics were to happen in any advanced western nation, I am sure that country would have declared a state of emergency and dealt with the corrupt judges, but when you have a fool and an idiot as president that is what you get. You are absolutely right, the country is suffering because of Mahama.

It is interesting how, after Anas's expose, everyone is now coming out to comment on what most Ghanaians know to be true from nineteen-kojo-ho-ho. The CJ is only just realising how rotten her empire is? How many poor people have died in sorrow from losing property and money rightfully theirs because they could not afford to bribe the judge? How many times have cases been postponed, dockets lost, prosecutors failed to turn up, defence lawyers turned against their clients? She means she did not know all this?

She says she will not preside over decay. I would advise her to resign then, for the rot in the judiciary, among lawyers, will not be stamped out in her lifetime - perhaps not even, to paraphrase that joke - in God's lifetime. Hypocrites!

This is exactly what I was going to write. The CJ has been presiding over the rot and whenever it is pointed out, she'd waffled and claimed it was just a perception. Now that the cat is out of the bag with very long whiskers, she has been indulging in what is called "rhetorical ethics" which is simply a confidence mechanism building ploy, otherwise also referred to as MGDs (Most Distracting Gimmicks,) in how systems maintain themselves in the face of clear imperfections, injustices, ingrained inequalities and the like. She can't fool some of us. We are too educated and informed for her and the legal professionals.

I might consider doing a full article on this.

Well, it is very interesting to hear you say this when reports are that, you have submitted a letter asking to BUY the Government house you are currently living in as part of your retirement package. If all CJ's had bought the houses, what would have happened? Well, we live to see. The memories of Begyina Sekyi Huges is still fresh, the Obetsebi Lamptey dubious government land issue which was brought to court after NPP lost power and the case was lost by the Government of the day under your watch is also still fresh. Maybe, the Annas video is throwing more light on what goes on behind the scene. If these issues were to be in the Western would, their CJ would have resigned but in Ghana, "let me cover-up myself" syndrome is still keeping you at post. No wonder you are following the footsteps of the people who offered you the Job in the first place.
