His conscious mind is very weak; he is at the moment relying on his sub conscious mind to reason. If you test his pronouncements you can deduce that there is no substance or shriek of sense in them; all his sayings are not structured and has no connection with reality.

Times have change so must strategies for national development do. Ghana farmed cocoa for over 300years plus and yet nothing to show for. Why do we still encourage ourselves in cocoa production whereas we clearly see, that today nations who produce commodities they themselves cannot consume in eventualities are worse off. Visionary leadership I say must change the cocoa game to base on food items we consume ourselves at home, even if we think our brains cannot create and export technology as we all know technology is the 21st century cocoa. Does it make sense to put food on white man's table and go hungry yourselves? We use cocoa incomes to import goods we can produce ourselves ending up in big budget deficits and debts payments. Can't we at least start to produce those imports we spend our hard currencies on? Comparative cost advantage economics for cocoa was a lie and time has proven that it isn't working in today's Ghana, so game plan must change. The most worrying cost of living in Ghana is food (maybe arguably). If so, why do we farm cocoa and go hungry?
