The DICs were operating with the same clearing agents and the same import guidelines with similar problems yet they performed at least compared to what is going on with CCVR regime. This is just a sorry excuse

Ei,so Akondor has been shifted and Viarney brought in as replacement.From Assistant Commissioner to Acting Commissioner of Customs over and above so many Deputy Commissioners.This is Ghana.
