Why are they not accounting to us all the monies collected from the Eurobond? I wonder whether investments from these monies can pay back the loans. Are we getting value for money?

E, the sad news is the money wasn't invested in wealth creation, but, was used largely for recurrent govt expenditure & some infrastructure projects for political purposes. All they're good for is borrowing & stealing.
