  The north is poor; true. My question is, "NA WHO CAUSE AM". Ask the northern elites like Alhassan Andani regarding the looting of the SADA money. The northern elites used his bank to enrich themselves at the expense of the poor masses in the north and he aided and abetted them. Shame on him.
  
  CIMG marketing man my foot. It shows that character, integrity and honesty have no values in Ghana. You can be the top criminal in Ghana but so long as you're rich you can command respect. No wonder Africans are at the bottom of the human chain. If, it were any civilized, yes I mean civilized country, this guy would be in jail for the role he played regarding the SADA looting period. Ghana is what we're talking about; anything goes.
