Ghana is a failed state.Very weak and corrupt judicial system. I have a simple case in one of the fast track courts and it has taken 5 years.It is sad to be a Ghanaian. I hope to see the finality of my case one day.Justice Pa ...

The CJ should order an investigation in the processes that led to the incrimination of a doctor with a mental illness and subsequent dismissal.The doctor was falsely implicated and dismissed by the hierarchy of GHS to cover rot in Effia Nkwanta hospital.A letter signed by the DG of GHS Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira claim the doctor was suffering from a 'possible delusional disorder' and will remain indefinitely suspended until he complies to compulsory assessment and treatment.Evidence of atrocities and inhuman treatment of the doctor by the corrupt management of Effia Nkwanta with knowledge of GHS who wanted him out of the hospital because of his anti-corruption stance is overwhelming.High profile persons including then Health Minister Alban Bagbin are involved.Letters to all relevant bodies such as the Labour Commission,The Employment Ministry,The Health Ministry and the Head of civil Service to force reinstatement of the said medical practitioner proved futile.Even a petition to the office of the CJ on his case was never replied.The CJ should put an eye on this case pending at the Human Rights Court and if possible order an investigation into proceedings.The doctor have been a victim of gross and flagrant abuse in arbitrarily exercise of power.There is a deliberate conscious effort to kill the case and deny the persecuted Medical Practitioner justice in the interest of powerful figures.The Doctor was sacked in December 2012 and is still unemployed.

PLEASE FIRE JUSTICE PAUL DERY AND MUSTAPHA LOGOH.THEY ARE CURRENTLY HANDLING MY CASE IN ONE OF THE FAST TRACK COURTS AND IT IS STILL ON GOING FOR 5 YEARS. NOW I KNOW WHY MY CASE IS NOT MOVING FORWARD.
