Go to Volo there's a senior high school under construction, Adidokpoe and Vome and even Tsidzenu are connected to the national grid; schools have been provided with dual desks, Mepe and Battor have ICT centres! What again. Eleblu will be better off contesting in Central Tongu. At least the few chiefs in the District are not blind(most of the towns in the District have no substantive paramount chiefs). I will be surprised if the chiefs support Eleblu. ...I can't see the motivation for such.

What should MCEs an DCEs promise should they allow them to campaign? MPs could be instrumental and can assist in bringing about such. But unfortunately, they continue to promise what they cannot afford and things that ore outside their mandate.. Or, are they counting on their so-called "common Fund"? It beats my mind..
