Prospect is one thing and a know-how to turn the prospect in to a profit is another. If your economic prospects are bright, you go into an overdrive to restructure your education system in order to take advantage of that prospect, but as the mouth, mouth people that we are, we blow our hones as a gold producer but have nothing to show for while foreigners cart all the gold away in broad day light as we had made no effort to mine our own gold and keep it to guard against the depreciation of our currency.
