Steve was corrupt and a disaster. He inherited adb with a positive outlook. adb was rank 5th in 2009 in the banking industry when Steve took over and run down the bank to 20th in ranking by 2014. Since Sept. 2014 adb has borrowing Ghc100 million a day to survive. The bad debt and non performing bank has risen from Ghc100 million to Ghc600 million due to bad and out of market credit policy. Steve cronies and unprofessional management lack what it takes to compete with even Savings and Loans Banks. The board of directors should have sack him. Steve is a non performer and corrupt.
