The fact of d matter is that we intentionally destroy ourselves and then turn around to blame others and follow up with asking for aid from these same people who are supposed to b our enemies.

The registration situation is a clear example of who we truly are.
To be paid a paltry amount of money (which may not be sufficient for one's personal upkeep for a year) and then go to mount a platform to support wrong doing, is beyond any silliness I can think of.

My question to you is does Bawumia have Ghana and Togo registers? if so why is he saying in NY that NDC has access to Ghana's register therefore the whole register is compromised and cannot be used.

It is interesting the way the NDC Medium is trying to twist the whole thing. It is common knowledge that some Ghanaians live in Togo just as some Togolese live in Ghana. What Dr Bawumia and his group are talking about is that, Togolese nationals who were made to cross over to Ghana by some NDC officials to register with the NHIS and then assisted them to register and had their names in the Ghanaian voters' register. This became easy for the NDC officials to do because by then, the NHIS card was one of the documents one could use to register. Some were also scanned and smuggled into Ghana's voters' register. This is the devilish thing the NDC has done and they are trying to paint a very different picture to Ghanaians. A new voters' register with only Ghanaians having their names in it is the only one that will be accepted by all right-thinking Ghanaians to be used in conducting the 2016 elections. Anything short of this, is a recipe for disaster.

A Christian movie whose cast is made up of christian actors and actresses from various denominations like Assemblies of God Church, Praise Harvest Community Church (PHCC), The Church of Pentecost, Redeemed Christian Church of God, Roman Catholic Church, Lighthouse Chapel, ICGC, The Porters House, Action Chapel, Salem Christian Centre, Winners Chapel, Methodist Church, KICC, etc, is set to be released in UK, Ghana and other countries soon. The upcoming blockbuster movie was created by a UK-based Ghanaian by name Sammy Ankrah, one of the core leaders and a member of the Board of Trustees of Praise Harvest Community Church (PHCC) headed by Rev Moses Asare in the UK.

Speaking to Midlands News in the UK, Sammy Ankrah, who is a Geo-environmental Engineer and a Pollution Scientist by profession, said he got the vision for the film in October 2009 when he caught a revelation from a message delivered by Bishop Bernard Owusu Ansah (alias Bishop O A Bernard) of Praise Valley Temple, Holland, during the annual MOVE convention of PHCC in London. According to Sammy Ankrah, who is also a writer, Bishop O A Bernard’s message came as a catalyst to 'push forth' a concern he had been heavily burdened with over a period of time earlier. He said some of the issues he dealt with in the film are real life occurrences he had experienced personally, or had been experienced by other people which those people had made Sammy Ankrah aware of.

He bemoaned what he called “The Elitist Strategy”, which he explained to mean the development in the church where educated or relatively enlightened (per the context) preachers of the gospel cunningly use psychology in the name of God to “subdue the mental matrix” – the reasoning capabilities of vulnerable followers and potential converts to the faith. By so doing, according to Sammy Ankrah, they manage to put fear into their victims and use certain biblical truths to brainwash the victims to unsuspectingly buy into particular self-made doctrines. He said even so-called 'learned' people among the congregation sometimes readily fall victim to such 'schemes'.

The film maker explained that by this strategy, biblical truths are cunningly twisted by such charlatans for their selfish interest at the expense of the unsuspecting vulnerable. Sammy Ankrah stated that although he believed there are real ‘criminals’ who have mastered this craft of deception and invaded the church, the most worrying aspect are the genuine preachers of the gospel who have been influenced by the trend and have consequently resorted to fake strategies to achieve success in their ministries.

“I can emphatically tell you that a lot of people are going into ministry these days not because they have been truly called by God, but they see it as an easy route to achieve financial success, societal recognition, respect and fame. Even where people were genuinely called by God into ministry, some of them soon learn the 'charlatanistic tricks', especially when the going gets tough along the line, and so deviate from the ‘path of righteousness’ to join the bandwagon", he said. This development, according to Sammy Ankrah, is having a negative impact on the church and virtually overshadowing the good works of genuine preachers of the gospel who are doing everything possible to save lives from being lost.

According to Sammy Ankrah, the film was estimated to be completed and released at the end of the first quarter of 2011 but problems encountered during production resulted in a long unexpected delay. It is, however, scheduled to be released later in 2015. Some of the arguments by the NDC supporters in this matter is that, "there are Ghanaians living in Togo, so they can register and vote in Ghanaian elections because they are Ghanaians". Well, if this is the case, then, why has the present NDC government and its party refused so vehemently to allow the millions of Ghanaians living in other parts of the world to register and vote in Ghana's general elections? Why!!!? If Ghanaians domiciled in Togo can vote, what about those of us domiciled in the USA, UK, Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world? Remember, Togo is a foreign country just as the USA, the UK, etc, etc. Why are we not been allowed to register and vote? I need answers from this NDC government. Remember also that the number of Ghanaians living in other parts of the world relative to those in Togo, is HUGE, and that the support that the country receives from us in terms of MONEY and other economic resources, is incomparable to what ever the Ghana-Togolese can bring home to our country. Our voice, as citizens, therefore should also be allowed to be expressed when it comes to such important matters as voting for a president. And if Ghanaians living in other parts of the world are disallowed to vote in Ghanaian presidential elections, for the mere fact that we live abroad, then one can argue that those of our brothers and sisters living in Togo, and for that matter, Cote de Voire or Haulte Volta should not, by any twisting and stretching of the argument at any time, be allowed to vote. I demand that Ghanaians abroad should also be allowed to vote!! The voters' register in Ghana should be redone, and in the process, a far better way should be devised to ensure that those crocked and wicked criminal registration and voting activities should be weeded out, and any allegation properly investigated and criminalized. Only people who somehow stand to criminally benefit from disallowing re-registration of this important list will argue against it. Our country is slopping steadily into dangerous cliffs, and all good people of Ghana should rise up against these criminals, and ensure that Mahama and his croonies are voted out. Long Live Ghana!!
