    SORRY, MAY YOU REST IN PEACE. I BELIEVE THAT OUR ROADS ARE TOO NARROW AND THIS ALSO CONTRIBUTE A LOT TO MANY ACCIDENTS.

    You're right. They had no right to used police Vehicle for private purposes. That's Ghana for you. No wonder police lack mobility to respond to crime promptly. Condolences to the families of the deceased officers.
