His case was like paying somebody you owe money and then arranging for thieves to rob him as he leaves your house on his way home.

Mallam got to his destination but his luggage was nowhere. Possibly removed at Kotoka International Airport by the agents of those who gave him the money.

Did he steal the money or " misplaced it as the writer reported.As with the 3 million airlifted to Brazil in a private jet purportedly owned by the Mahamas, he was supposed to go to Sudan with 50,000US and not 46,000US to pay bonuses to the Black stars playing with Sudan.
Now this is where it gets funny.He allegedly put the money in his briefcase and according to him checked it in at the airport. Any avid traveller knows you don't check your briefcase in but carry it on into the aircraft.As a former clearing agent in Nigeria he knew all that but was playing smart with Kuffour...he was the errand boy for Kuffour and go-between between Kuffour and Obasanjo....remember Obansajo contributed immensely to Kuffour's campaign. ..the reason he was at his inauguration.
So this guys arrived in Sudan and claimed his briefcase ( checked-in did not arrive.It is normal for checked luggage not to arrive same day or get missing.But u need proof ,baggage tag to prove to the airline for your compensation. He did not have one when he was questioned for it.Then his story changed and said he left the briefcase in his office and run to board the aircraft so he did not check it in.
The one good thing Kuffour did was reading through this guy's connery and jailing him.The bad side is not letting him serve his full time in jail and pardoning him.
Now to the NDC: Go right ahead and register him in your party..he definitely fits your perfect candidate for public office!
