Oil is rocking the bedrock of the land and displacing sea creatures off their natural habitat. This is why we see so many dead whales and also earth trembles in ghana nowadays

Some years back I believe on the eighties some shinny barrels washed ashore at Tema and Accra. The people emptied the contents and started using it.Even food sellers were using some to serve water to their customers. Before you know it people started getting sick and dying and we were never able to connect them to the toxic barrels. It wasn't until about 20years later that similar even happening in other West African countries forced certain Western countries to own up to dumping their industrial toxic waste in the ocean which washed ashore on West African beaches. As usual our leaders were clueless as they are now.

It won't hurt to check and test the whale for disease and toxic content before people selling it to unsuspecting consumers.

If this had happened in Accra, Ga chiefs would say the government should provide them with a cow to be killed to please the Gods and the meat should be shared among them.

Should people feast on the dead whale? I am surprised that no one attributed the whale's death to some sort of evil spirit.

As always its the greedy ashantis surrounding its carcass. These ugly mofos love freeloading, fraud, thievery and taking advantage.Ghana has been greatly harmed by these idiots who are raised to be inherently greedy and i wish they'd go back to their homeland in Mali. They came to our land just to exploit our gold, cocoa and oil riches always exploiting where they did not sow.Leave Ghana to its true owners, the Gas,Ewes and Dagombas.

Whales are never eaten, they take it out of the way so that it does not block the canoes. The same thing happened at the same area in 1987. I dont know about other places, but they are not eaten.
