  Every planning scheme done by Professional Planners includes Police and Fire services. The various land uses will incorporate that but some chiefs will sell them for money.

  If Kofi Boakye will check the way police officers stand in the middle of the road from aprade, oduom boankra shamefully collecting Gh2 cedis... Police do not stand in middle of the road...motor vehicles can fail break...hmm

  That's for sure! There's no two ways about that as it's being done in many advanced countries. The Police can give lots of clues about how to impliment new security projects etc in the country.
