  Could you remember that P/NDC with the endorsement of former EC boss used fake indelible ink for elections in 1992 and 1996, which was part of the rigging mechanism for stealing verdicts until the proper indelible ink was secured for the country in 2000 by Creg Murray?
  
  Contrary to what the discredited former EC Chairman said, this is another example of how elections are rigged far away from polling stations, and Ghanaians should wake up. NDC is again preparing to rig the elections through the old bloated voters' register, and Asiedu Nketia and his party is fighting to keep the loophole intact, despite the fact that the Supreme Court recommended it and all the political parties support it except, of course, the NDC party.

  Potential weakness exists in the current arrangements re post three months arrears payment after the Auditor Service validation. There are no timelines and is taking forever. KPI's and turnaround period must be established to monitor performance and bottlenecks identified and resolved promptly. Situations exist where arrears have not been paid for more than twelve months after the initial three months payment. I invite people affected by so called three months policy to comment.

  That is a good policies from your side of the story but what I want to note is that, am currently working as a professional teacher at the nkoranza north. The ippd coordinator told the 2013 batch of trained teachers that there is no arrears form there for us to fill. Beside, for the professional teachers, we are not part of those filling of arrears form exercise. The letter that came from Accra only emphasise on the pupil teachers arrears alone. If you like, you can contact the ges office at nkoranza north or any of the affected teachers to hear if what am saying is not the truth. Thank you
