Sammy Awuku is a pompous jerk who could not find his way in life but for an NPP that employs tribal preferences, cronyism and intellectual dishonesty to fill its organizational positions. The narrative of the NPP 8-year Kufour era is no different from the 20+ years of NDC administrations.

Any administration that would spend US$50 million to US$100 million on Ghana@50 while the nation lacked adequately equipped hospitals in its regional capitals is a government incapable of prioritizing. And guess who that was? Any administration that would allow family to sell a government run utility company the idea of prepaid meters like the Kufour son did with Electricity Corp of Ghana is an administration that paid for idiots to manage a government institution.

The NDC therefore has been incompetent at running government just as the NPP were incompetent at managing national institutions. An effective and caring government does well at both.
