    Mr president, this sounds like a very great scheme. Please don't let it become a scheme that only benefits NDC supporters.

    This is a reward for NDC footsoldiers. I know how the process has gone so far.Ministers, MPs,Party executive have all submitted names of certified party members.

    yes initiative if well established would be maveleous.what we dnt want is for it to last for jux a day or a month and it must be well audited
