    as you rightly suggested, we need another data center of the same magnitude, somewhere (Tamale, Sunyani, Kumasi, Tadi) that would serve as backup for the one in Accra.

    most of the times for security reasons Kumasi data must be held in Accra, while Acra data must be held in the north and so others , then you can use the intranet to work on the information.

    A very good move, but a back-up system must follow up, but not in the Ashanti Region. In my opinion is too dangerous to set up such a sensitive centre in that area. It will be prone to SABOTAGE in an NPP stronghold. The Volta ...
