  The price of buying a home in Ghana is almost equal to western countries. However Ghanaian wages are ridiculously low. There is no way the average Ghanaian will be able afford a home. The price of real estate in Ghana is too high for what the average Ghanaian makes. I believe it is so unpatriotic of a country when 70% of the population cannot buy a home.But foreigners are allowed to come in and buy.
