  MEANWHILE, GHANA LEADERS ARE STILL STRUGGLING TO HAVE THE COMMON SENSE TO KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF RETRO-FITTING AND EXPANDING THE TEMA OIL REFINERY AND MANY OTHERS LIKE THE ATOMIC REACTORS AT KWABENYA INHERITED FROM DR. NKRUMAH OF BLESSED.
  
  NKRUMAH BUILT THOSE REACTORS LONG BEFORE INDIA AND PAKISTAN BECAME NUCLEAR POWERS.
  
  NRUMAH DID SO BECAUSE HE HAD THE VISION TO KNOW THAT GHANA HAS THE NUCLEAR FUEL (VASTLY DEPOSITED ALONG THE GULF OF GUINEA) TO POWER THOSE MASSIVE NUCLEAR REACTORS AT KWABENYA.
  
  SADLY, GHANA'S VISIONLESS SUCCESSIVE LEADERS HAVE REDUCED THOSE NKRUMAH INVESTMENTS TO "WHITE ELEPHANTS", AND TODAY THE NATION IS CRYING ABOUT THE HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT LEVELS IN GHANA.

  In any organization if you lack this four words there is no way to succeed. And this is what Ghana present so call leaders lack. Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling. On top of this you need vision to be able to implement this four pieces, call P-O-L-C. How come we have so many unemployment people sitting around, where by there are so many opportunities surrounding us? Is all because we have people in govt with no vision. So sad, we have a long way to go, every time we see a road blocks we run to IMF like children who can't think for themselves. Excuse me to say, as a Human Resources Management professional I can see that there are so many people in gov't positions who are not fit to be there. What Ghana need is people with long and short term vision to propelled this country into good positions in this competitive global market, not some useless propagandists jumping from one radio station to another.

  But we in Ghana, love to to throw away poor people into prison for long time but have no means to feed them. And I wonder why we can not set up PRISON FARMS to let these prisoners grow their own food at least so they could be fed properly?
  A prison farm far away could even depopulate the prisons across the nation.
  They could even go further to to train them in agro business.
  Packaging produce needs carpenters to create wooden crate to pack and that is an area few could learn basic carpentry but hell NO, our leadership is handicapped with brainless people who do NOT know how to change anything the colonialist did NOT teach them.

  I don't understand why the vice president likes to wear suit so much. Doesn't he know that he has to partly showcase Ghana internationally by wearing traditional clothes?

  I disagree with you. Ghana has nothing to showcase to the world other than thievery, corruption, senselessness, tribalism and simply, stupidity of endless borrowing. I don't respect Ghana at all
