  This govt will sign anything if there's the possibility of loans or grants. I'd be surprised if they've studied the terms of the SDG.

  There ia no need for all this hog wash about UN dev't agenda.
  The 17 new sustainable development goals aim to end poverty by addressing root causes of the canker, promote prosperity and well-being of Ghanaians, and protect the environment.
  is just a smoke screen what you need is the following
  1) you need to make education fr from kinder garden through SH school
  2) a more divers technical school system to train student to do the work that is needed plummer s welders carpenters electrician sewing machine operators and the list goes on and at a price that the kids can pay a government financial aid system that student can apply and get loans to pay tuition regardless of his or her standing all base on there GPA.
  3)engage the private companies in government products give tax incentive to then to employ qualified student there by starting a public private partnership,
  4)A much better health care system with access to all and not base ob if u can pay
  5) a much better minimum wage
  ^) and please turn around the power system a country with a well establish infrastructure will never survive regardless of your natural resources
  at present there is on average of 60 % of men 18 to 30 are un employed of the 505 never finish high school investors will not come to invest where the labor pool is uneducated
  all this UN Dev't program is nothing
  just my thoughts
