This is not news any more. It's now a fact that there is somebody among the NPP leadership criminally in bed with the NDC party, and Kufour himself has endorsed and accepted the fact. There is an NDC hired spy implanted in the NPP leadership to destroy the party's fortunes in the 2016 elections, and that must be investigated thoroughly and the perpetrators punished to set another milestone for our democratic dispensation. This is the mother and father of all electoral malpractices that led to the removal of Nixon from the White House, and NPP should not sit idle by while some unscrupulous hired agents destroy the democratic will of the people of Ghana to choose their leaders freely and democratically. Contrary to what the discredited former EC Chairman said, this is another example of how elections are rigged far away from the polling stations and Ghanaians must wake up.

Democracy is all about due process and procedure and in this sentencing we have returned to the era of buga buga dictatorship . This man has been sentenced without the people getting to know the truth and as such can never again be tried due to double jeopardy , the whole affair stinks of a this innocent man being set up as an agent provocateur to shift focus from the corruption of the Mahama brothers. This man claims to be suffering from financial hardship yet had the money to purchase a 2000$ gun and if its untraceable is worth over 4000$ , only someone from national security could have given it to him , NDC we are not fools . We have followed with keen interest the criminal activities of the brothers Mahama and several times on this forum tried to let our people know the worst kind of criminal has occupied the highest office of the land through the murder of President Atta Mills. This affair with the equipment is only the tip of the iceberg which will bring down the mighty Titanic of the Gonja pepeni mafia. As the story develops we will hear of German , Swiss and Arab bankers looting the state coffers through bogus schemes and azaa loans. We shall encourage the American FBI and European union organized crime office to start investigations so their foreign counterparts do not go Scott free but answer in a court of law for their participation in corrupting a sovereign. There is not a single project in Ghana today that didn't have the Mahamas siphoning of billions of dollars yearly to Dubai , Switzerland , Germany , Iran , Italy and Brazil.They were so selfishly greedy that they didn't even bother to take their time to cover their tracks so there is documentation and evidence all over .Ghana has become the private property of pepeni Mahama and his relatives who are strategically placed in every institution of state to ensure pepeni omanhene gets his cut. This story of the equipment and their ridiculous stupidity in attempting to justify daylight theft is more than just proof of their low life criminal minds . Acting like kids when they think no one is watching to rob the cookie jar. Somebody should tell those fools that they can continue to rob banks and later on claim they are the Robin hood and so work for free , give me the equipment and fuel so i too will work for free. We see here the inner circle of the criminal mafia which includes Julius Debra , Collins Dauda and notice they are all pepeni idiots. People of Ghana dont bother shooting these idiots rather arrange to have them poisoned quick so the die and we are free. They have destroyed the economy and we are now on a roller coaster ride heading directly for chaos which will lead to political violence evolving into ethnic tribal wars whereby millions of the innocent may die. It will be better to start killing Mahama and his relatives / tribesmen so we can preserve the peace and let better more competent people come and put things right. Yes i give props to the man who went to pepeni fake christian 's church to shoot him dead .Even today they go about as if nothing has happened and continue stealing as they are convince the people of Ghana are stupid and will forget by Friday this crime. Your abject insincerity and dishonesty, and even arrogance obstruct any entreaties to delve into your own souls and minds to recognize what you may be doing wrong yourselves. You cannot simply admit that Akufo-Addo's camp has been foolishly adamant to wise counseling all these years, and that is what could be doing him in but instead look at someone not so familiar to dump your blame on.

You better focus on learning how to convince folks to vote for your idol. Obviously, your insults here indicate that you have not learnt anything better yet. You still have work to do. Keep at it and leave Afoko and Agyepong alone.

Addison 'ate a rotten egg' with that utterance of imputing sabotage to Afoko and Agyepong without any concrete evidence. How could a Lawyer of his National standing so publicly expose his shallowness in upholding rumors over facts? He could not even present any strong circumstantial evidence to support his conclusion. He only mentioned that the allegation against Afoko and Agyepong is simply widespread. Bouy! If it were only how widely circulated a lie could be authenticated as truth, then we would not ever need to prove any case at all.

It is woefully pathetic that he suggests we should believe every idiotic rumor so long as it could be loudly and widely traded around. We all know that Akufo-Addo's camp, with its Hitlerian bigoted propagandists of the likes of the "Goebbels" Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr., could always shout the loudest, and craftily, and eloquently clad lies in thin veils of half-truths to appeal to the unsuspecting Public ear. But Ghanaians are smarter for that kind of crap.

One would have thought that as a Lawyer who led a legal Team in a historic landmark case to contest the results of National General Elections at the Supreme Court, Mr. Addison would adhere to the basic expectation of the Legal practice of considering one 'innocent until proven guilty'.

His gullible acceptance of the wild rumors of any attempt by Afoko and Agyepong to sabotage Akufo-Addo's chances in the 2016 Elections is most injurious to Addison's own reputation as a renowned Lawyer.

If this is kind of Politicking he is gearing up to display in event that he wins his Parliamentary bid, then Ghana is in for a huge trouble. He would be using his Law fame as a cover to feed the Nation a bunch of lies from a possible corrupt Government of which he may be a part.

In fact, I am driven by his ill-guided utterance to suspect that Mr. Addison lost the Election Petition case because he might have similarly ignored the concrete facts in the arguments before him to dwell on spurious, wild speculations and assumptions.

Sometimes it takes a small case to expose the emptiness of a big, overblown name. Such is what I perceive Addison's stature to be.

If Addison were any honest Lawyer and a useful advocate for unity in the NPP, he should have called for all skeptic about Afoko and Agyepong to exercise patience, and give them time to show what they could offer to augment Akufo-Addo's chances in 2016.
As it is now, he has shown to be an undesirable addition to the ranks of NPP MPs. He has by that utterance indicated he believes more in rumors than authentic facts. NPP would be better off without such a leader, and I wish he loses big time in his bid for MP.

I am glad Lawyer Nana Yaw Osei has stood up to Addison to expose how shallow a Lawyer he is. If Addison thinks he would be capitalizing on his transient fame at the SC on the
Election Petition case to bamboozle the Electorate for a place in the Parliament, he better start thinking more deeply.

Perception created by Nana Addo's supporters ? How can the burden of proof lie on Afoko and Agyapong when the accusers have not proved what they have perceived beyond reasonable doubt. When a man is accused of murder, the burden of proof of murder, beyond reasonable doubt lies with the prosecutor whilst that of not guilty lies with the defense. I am not a lawyer, but perception has no locus in a court of law where both prosecution and defense have to prove otherwise beyond reasonable doubt. Where is the proof of the perception ? Just the hear say by Nana Addo's warped supporters minds ? What nonsense is this ?

It was a rather unfortunate statement by this Addison man with reference to the corruption in the NDC and the perception out there. Everybody knows it's simply a campaign gimmick, less than a perception. The truth of the matter is that yes, there is corruption and a serious one, however, this perception of corruption must be directed at the technocrats within the Government agencies instead of directing them at the ruling Government. Politics have actually blinded the opposition in parliament from doing their appropriate work as overseers with oversight responsibilities of these State Institutions but have rather busied themselves with pointing their fingers in the wrong direction to the detriment of the country. Addison is no exception from his rhetorics, hence I doubt his sincerity to be an MP.

I don't know what it is but every time someone says unfavorable thing about Nana Addo, some NPP die-hards instead of taking the time to digest what is said will attack you. The Presidency of Ghana is a job that we, the people of Ghana do have a chance every four years to hire a fitting person for the position. It is not the NDC, NPP or CPP who chooses the President. If you apply for any job, you fill an application and send copies of your certificates for the employer to see and verify. Lawyer Anderson is seeking for the disqualification of another person because his certificate is a fake one. Don't we as Ghanaians employing someone to the be our head of state to ask to see whoever is seeking the office to show his credentials?. I think we do have the right to ask our aspiring flagbearers to show their certificates. A president do not have to be a Doctor or a Lawyer, any sincere and open person if loved by the people could be elected President. Now if the NPP did not do their homework and just went by "Its his turn", they have themselves to blame. Don't blame Afoko or anybody. Kuffour did a very good job as President and he would have won a third term if NANA had not sabotaged him. Nana fought against Kuffour to be pushed aside so it would be his turn. Unfortunately, the people of Ghana could not be fooled. If the NPP overlooked all those allegations of drug use and no certificate, which Nana could not stand short and publicly deny, he has himself to blame. By the way, why does he need a Lawyer, I thought he is a Lawyer.

To be fair and honest to you, lately, his actions and some of his personal statements he made publicly, give NPP supporters reasonable cause to question or doubt his sincerity and devotion to the NPP party.
