Remember the KO market development what has it brought to the church? Only to serve as protection to the plot of lands inside the area. Can the church account for what benefit we have gained from it? No and they will never do and like you said when they could not pay for the loan acquired to build new campus for the university the then tasked the poor church members for bail-out. The Mall is a huge investment for the church. As a church, we believe in enhancing the lives of members and putting them in a better position to pay the monies that they pay for the works of the church. The KO stores project has done exactly that. Members and organisations that profited from that project are now contributing greatly to the funding of the church. Hotel is not a bad idea, unless you look at it connotatively. It will be used to serve good purposes.

It's kind of a good move,but then on that stretched piece of land ,is where i doubt.Sometimes its very stressful driving around that roundabout due to the unnecessary traffic.
