They refuse to build their houses in their home towns because of pressure from even your own family members.All friends built their houses in their home towns are all complaining they for doing that and also the sad part is that you can not build in your home town as an investment everybody wants to come and live there for free use your water and electricity for free if you suggest to them to contribute a token you are looked upon as being bad fellow and besides that our governments have made life in the villages and towns unpalatable everything is Accra.They have made Accra to be the only Ghana and Ghana is Accra sad indeed.You can not build where you don't live and come to rent where you live.You build where you earn your living it's very logic.
