    There we go again! The Western Regional Coord Council under the Regional Minister has a comprehensive development plan. It just needs government support to be implemented. Don't waste time and money, learn from SADA!

    THE GHANAIAN CONSTITUTION MUST BE AMMENDED TO ALLOW THE REGIONS TO INITIATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS RELEVANT TO THEIR PEOPLE. THATS HOW GHANA WILL DEVELOP AND DEVELOP FASTER.
