    never heard of pre-paid credit or debit card???? Used every where in USA for poor people to load cash on their cards for later on internet use

    An electronic payment system does not mean that cash is not needed. Farmers need to convert the e-money in cash as most shops will not accept e-money as payment. As the system is operated by telecom companies, the e-money wil ...
