    The average life span in Ghana is 60. A 40 year development plan means roughly 70 percent of to day's population in the land will be deceased before the plan is fully actualized, if at all. Hope runs eternal

    My friend, every country have a plan. Example, in U.S, England they have 100 years plan. Who cares who die or who live. So far as you have a plan that guide you and you modify it has you go.

    We should not deceive ourselves!! No State has ever has a 40 year development Plan. It is not imposible. We are wasting our time and the small Financial ressources. Dr Thompson and his team should reconsider the Plan.

    With this plan our Laws have to be enforce, and all the 3 powers should be independent. What is going on now is not sustainable. I call this plan Pro-forma in accounting terms.
