A prisoner escapes from his Nsawam prison where he had been kept for 15 years. As he runs away, he finds a house and breaks into it. He finds a young couple in bed. He gets the guy out of the bed, ties him up on a chair, ties up the woman to the bed and while he gets on top of her, he kisses her on the neck, then gets up, and goes to the bathroom.
While he is there, the husband tells his wife: "Listen, this guy is a prisoner, look at his clothes! He probably spent a lot of time in prison, and has not seen a woman in years. I saw the way he kissed your neck. If he wants sex, don't resist, don't complain, just do what he tells you, give him satisfaction. This guy must be dangerous, if he gets angry, he will kill us. Be strong, honey. I love you!"
To which the wife responds, "I am glad you think that way. Sure, he has not seen a woman in years, but he was not kissing my neck. He was whispering in my ear. He told me that he found you very sexy, and asked if we kept any Vaseline in the bathroom. Be strong honey. I love you too...!

Mahama and the NDC government are the most humane people ever. Whiles NPP always think of putting people in prison, mahama and his government are planning to give people a second chance in life. God bless him.

The government has done well with this innovative approach. I hope more of such courts will be established at the various prisons especially the Winneba one.

Too often police round up innocent people who happen to be close to a crime scene, be it a robbery or place where weed is smoked.
These remand courts a step in the right direction in freeing such innocents but police need to be challenged in their operational procedures where people are arrested on no evidence except the flimsiest circumstances. Congratulations to efforts made so far but really root and branch reform is urgently needed to improve the quality of police prosecution, the way bail is granted, the way that courts administer justice and the injustice of current remand procedures.

So we cannot as a sovereign nation do anything on our own? What a country! Common 25000 pounds to construct a remand court needs british sponsorship. God shd save us from these weaked, selfish, corrupt and arrogant leaders
