His only option is to appeal against the adverse findings made against him.
If he appeals and fails, then he will be compounding his problems. At that point, the lens will shift to the Appeal Court/Supreme Court and away from the Sole Commissioner's Report. Since Nana Addo's mantra is 'ALL DIE BE DIE', he better pursues an appeal. IN FACT NO ONE CAN STOP HIM FROM CONTESTING THE 2016 ELECTIONS: THE 1992 CONSTITUTION WILL EVENTUALLY STOP HIM!

There's no conspiracy here. The NPP will have to fix their front men issues esp. since the NDC has been able to mastermind that brutal assault on late Adams Mahama, through those that have been linked to that heinous act. Now Paul Afoko who was widely popular and Kwabena Agyapong can't even show up at party's functions esp. campaign rallies. Adams too has been eliminated! People didn't see it coming although some of us started waving the "Red Flags" before it all happened.

Paul Afoko and Agyapong still belong to the party and can well serve in other effective positions while they allow new executives to fill in their posts. They risk being attacked by unknown assailants if the attempt to show up in NPP's rallies.

Such attacks would be seen as angry NPP members but in reality, the NDC will be behind that. Our party leadership should sit down with the two gentlemen and discuss issues and the way forward---into 2016---so we don't get any surprises. NDC have succeeded by infiltrating our camps and are causing lots of chaos or confusion. We cannot afford to allow Afoko & Co., to lead the party into failure; it's time to make amends. The two men caused dug their own graves and need to be replace to save them from possible harm. People won't believe what they say even when the get the chance to mount the podium in public. They may also have to openly apologize to Ghanaians and see the kind of response from the electorate.

There's no plot from Nana Akufo-Addo or anyone with the party's top circles. And those voices who claim to be in support of the two men, are wolves in sheep skin; they don't belong to the party, but rather NDC supporters. Those people should be monitored closely and expelled from the party. These are people with double party IDs---for NPP & NDC. Watch out folks and don't allow anyone to trick us. Victory in 2016 will be crucial, so be vigilant.

It's time to gather the pieces, try to regroup and strategize for 2016. Invite Afoko and Agyapong discuss the way forward; that's the best way for the party.
